In addition to the spectacular hunting opportunities the property offers several ideal home sites with a back door avenue to the adjacent Kickapoo State Park offering camping, hunting, fishing, canoeing, and miles of hiking trails.

The farm has been properly developed to hold and sustain trophy whitetails. Look at the photographs, look at the documentation. If you are serious about owning your hunting future, than you need to consider buying this property. Spend 5 minutes on this farm and you will know why Giant Whitetails are harvested from this property year after year.

Adjacent to the West and North of this property is some of the thickest, roughest ground Kickapoo State Park has. To the East of the property is all agriculture, fence rows and open ground. This farm is a perfect transition area for deer and turkey; they naturally want to be on this farm.

The documentation and photographs you are about to view are real, and are only a portion of what this property has to offer.

This buck is still on the hoof, and has been regularly seen on the farm during the late season. He is sure to become a giant next year.

A variety of food plots from alfalfa grass mix, to several different Biologic blends such as clover plus and maximum.

The trail cam pics you are looking at all came off of the dirt lane built across the north end of a ravine. Located near the north end of the 42 acre tract.

This is a culvert under the road built across the north end of the 42 acres tract. This could easily be converted to a dam for a pond.

Looking south from the lane. This is a natural area for a pond or small lake. Clear cut the timber. Take out the culvert, install a spill way. You will have a nice body of water. ( 3 to 5 acres)

This buck is traveling on what would be the dam of the pond if it were built. By building the pond you will force the deer to travel either to the north or south of the pond. This ravine runs north and south; all of the deer traffic runs east to west.

Multiple home or cabin constuction sites overlooking the pond.

The pond is 1.5 to 2 acres in size.
Very good depth(25 ft. in places).
Stocked with game fish.
